Ah ha! My latest house renting and car selling gimmick.

For $475/room you can stay at Hotel Goyer *and* lease-to-own my Neon.

Now is that not a good deal!?

CNET: H-1B visas going fast
This year's cap of 65,000 H-1B guest-worker visas is already close to being reached, as employers snap up the controversial visas.

Last week, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services posted notice on its Web site that in the first quarter of fiscal year 2004, 43,500 H-1B visas had either been approved or are "pending in the queue for adjudication."

I got my info into Microsoft's legal department in the middle of last week and haven't hard back yet..

UW Bulletin:
The university is closed today because of a winter storm that's making life miserable from Oklahoma to Québec.

Globe and Mail, 'This is major-league stuff': Snow and wind lash shivering Ontario

Residents across Southern Ontario will face a treacherous commute today as the region is expected to get its largest snowfall since 1999 -- when former mayor Mel Lastman called in the army to help clear Toronto's sidewalks and streets.

The Weather Channel:

From Tuesday afternoon to Wednesday afternoon we expect : 5-10 cm of snow.

A UW Blogger:

There’s no school today! It’s been pretty cold lately and today we’re expecting freezing rain and ice pellets. It’s also pretty windy outside, which make it feel all the colder.

It's only -5'c !

The roads are fine, the sidewalks have been plowed, the garbage got picked up, the buses are running, everything else is open, this storm is completely non-exsistent.
