How important is your privacy? Would you waive your right to privacy via cryptographic methods if it meant a safer world with less terrorist attacks? Would you waive your right to private un-monitored phone and email exchanges?

To me, my privacy is very important. I would not be willing to waive my right privacy so that the FBI/CIA/.. could better 'protect' me from the evils of the world.

Today's UW Bulletin says all NYC co-ops have been accounted for. One co-op was even in the lobby of the WTC when one of the planes crashed.
