'PBS's Frontline examines the current media environment in 'The Merchants of Cool' and helps explain why today's pop culture climate is so toxic.'

Yummy toxicity.. I saw The Merchants of Cool for the first time tonight and think it is something that EVERYONE needs to see. Especially the youth of today.

(Damn the man).

I figured you guys who could care less about my day job would get pretty bored if I talked about it all the time so I created a work weblog. I don't know if anyone wants to read about our work but it's there if you want to :).

Who needs a 12 step program if you have a blog (I must say I'm impressed).

Does anyone know what the story behind Spitfire/Phil is on uw.general??

My girlfriend has beaten me in the last two CS courses we've taken together. How depressing.

To all the beta testers.

I'll harass some of you individually by email but it really isn't necessary to do so. All you need to do is check out this page that describes it all. In the first few weeks we're giving away $1000USD in prizes so be sure to rate the sucky first review that I wrote or create your own better reviews about new music that others would enjoy.

We created an Emergent Music Beta Testers Yahoo Group so you can discuss either via email or on the web all the things you love and hate about the site.

Feel free to harass me via email (mgoyer@fairtunes.com) or ICQ (83387869) if you have questions, comments, concerns, suggestions..

Also appreciate that the site will have some bugs as I just discovered while I created another review. So please be patient as we work through the bugs.

You knew you
couldn't miss out.
You had to try it.
You couldn't think
of another way
to experience it,
'to live it'
The risks you
take just to
love the little things.

This inspirational message was brought to you courtesy of the Student Price Card sent from my Visa company.
