NoHTML plugin for Outlook [via The Register] converts those pesky html emails that you all send me to plain text. Unfortunately it doesn't work too well with the preview pane which is what I use almost exclusively to read my email.

Hopefully one day Microsoft will add the feature of disabling HTML emails entirely.
