Just after getting into a voluntary payment debate with Dean Kay on Pho I get this email,

My name is [removed] and I am a college student in upstate New York at [removed] of Albany. I am a business major and I am taking a business law class. As part of the class we are conducting a mock trial on the Napster case. I am to play the role of you and i was wondering if you could please send me any information that would be benefical to the success of my case. I would like some information, for example, the roles the you played in Napster and of course anything else that would be benefical. Thank you for your time and cooperation.

I am certainly a little puzzled how anyone would play the role of me in the Napster trial since I never was involved with the Napster trial but whatever :).
