Tonight we played hockey in Everett at the Sports Centre and oddly enough Duran Duran was playing there too. This meant there was absolutely nowhere to park and since I had no money I had to park super far away. So did our goalie and we had to call a timeout before we even started so he had time to get on the ice.

We then had an intense game against The Monarchs, Microsoft's div 5 team. The thing is that we always lose to The Monarchs and it's usually a blowout. I attribute it to them having two superstar players (who really should be playing div 4 or 3) and just a bit more intensity then us. However, tonight we pulled our act together and lost 5-3. I also got a little too into the game and lost my head right at the end and got called for bodychecking (I'm a tough little guy). While in the box you could hear Duran Duran playing Ordinary World. Kind of surreal.
