First Rule of Usability? Don't Listen to Users. Now you're probably only going to read that if you're a web designer, dot.commer, or like HTML but the second last paragraph recommends asking your users: Why are you visiting our site today? Answer this via email because I really am curious!
For example a member of the Pagee Group of siblings emailed today to say she too had served Ken Thomson but that she hadn't been stiffed like Maeve. (You're probably left wondering why would someone from the Pagee family email Matt. Yup, so am I. (Maybe I need a guestbook)). Slashdot (Jon Katz's column): The Rise Of The 15-Year-Olds. Follows up my August 3rd entry. I feel so washed up at almost 22 (got me my present(s) yet!?). Think, once I'm thirty it's game over.
Spoke with David from the Gym again today. Turns out he not only works for Xtra but he's the publisher too.
