My first night in Bangkok I spent a good long time at an Internet cafe in the wee hours of the morning catching up with the world. I'm doing the same tonight but instead of Bangkok it's Toronto. I've been without Internet for about 48 hours. I really didn't think it would be possible to go so long without it! The funny thing is that if I was in Asia it would have been much more easier to find Internet access (I walked forever to find this Kinko's). But more on that later it's now about 3:30am.

The big news is that I didn't win the student entrepreneur of the year award. Bit of a bummer but I did log in just now to find a job offer waiting, notice of a story about Fairtunes in some San Fran magazine, and an offer to go on a national radio show in the states on Sunday so not all is lost :).

But it's probably time to roll back to our Internet-less hotel at the skydome. I'll fill in the story on the whole conference and thoughts Saturday.
