A phone to Internet gateway,... Hmm. I was thinking of it in the context of creating a website that matched people looking to rent housing with those who do the renting. Of course such a website would obviously fail because I'm assuming that the majority of land lords do not want to fuss with a website. But I have a feeling they would fuss with a phone. Press 1 to decrease number of vacancies.. Well maybe not. I think the point is: People still prefer the phone.

I heard the CEO/Founder of Janna Systems speak today. Interesting stuff. What did I take out of a 2.5 hour lecture? Intelligent Personalization of Web Content could be big. So is Personal Information Management (at least in my mind). More on both later. I'm tired.

So hopefully John made it home today! Silly John left the country without his visa making re-entry impossible. Of course he could have lied but for some odd reason John is incapable of that. He did try and FedEx his Visa up here but the package didn't arrive till ~1pm meaning John had missed the 9am flight, and then the noon flight. Sure hope there was space on the 5 o'clock one.
