A male reader with a high maintenance hair situation, who shall remain anonymous, emailed with this question:
I looked over your seattle recommmendations wiki and discovered to my dismay that you haven't put any recommendations for hair salons.

I go to Nucleus, a little 3 chair salon, about a block away from my apartment here on the Hill. Price is $20. Appointment required.

My officemate who is rather high maintenance simply goes to Super Cuts because he keeps his hair short and gets it cut often. Price is $14. Walk in.

Another popular Seattle option is Rudy's, a chain of barber shops. Price unknown.

Anyone else have any Seattle hair recommendations? Ultimately it will probably boil down to where this anonymous reader decides to live :). Walk in.

It's been confirmed. I'll be in Waterloo from June 14 to June 20th.

On June 14th I'll be helping out with an evening Microsoft recruiting event, on June 15th I'll be helping out with a lunch event and then at 5:30 I'll be giving a tech talk on the Media Center, on June 16th, a Wednesday, I will of course be at Bomber, and on June 19th I'll convocate.

So if you're in Waterloo and curious about what I do all day (and watch all night) I'll have a Media Center laptop hooked up and will give a demo of our latest version, Symphony, which is to be released sometime this year. Constructive suggestions on things you'd like covered are welcome. And of course, there will be no heckling.
