Not that this is news to close friends, but I would like to congratulate both John and Natalie on their decision to work full time for Amazon in Seattle.

I didn't blog this earlier because sometimes I have blogged things about my friends prematurely (by prematurely, I mean girlfriends and family find out about news here before they here the news from the people themselves (such as John moving to San Fran)). So since Natalie used to have a blog I thought it best to wait till she broke the news herself but she never did because her blog died and she subsequently got mad for me not publicly acknowledging her decision. I also had to wait till John told his parents and girlfriend about his decision but now that he has blogged about the oddities of the H1B process I think the topic is fair game.

I would wager that the number two destination for UW grads, besides Toronto, is Seattle. Yay Seattle! But tears for all my friends going to grad school in Canada and for Jenn who is not working in Seattle; I wish you were all going to be joining us.
