So Halloween.

What the hell am I going to dress up as? Wait, do I even have a good party to go to? Argh! I hate Halloween!

The problem with dressing up for Halloween is that the scope of costumes to choose from is too large. I just feel completely overwhelmed. Whereas, if you're going to a theme party the scope has been narrowed by the host and the number of choices is a reasonable one.

Needless to say I've spent a good amount of time laid out on my couch surfing crappy online costume stores offering overnight shipping and I'm still costume-less. I've even turned to Flickr and Google for ideas and nothing! What the hell is a metrosexual gay vague guy supposed to wear? The best I could come up was this list of suggestions from About.com, Top Gay Halloween Costumes. Okay stop laughing. The gays know how to dress so why wouldn't they know what to wear on Halloween? They know you need a costume that is cool and sexy but yet flexible enough for you to get down on the dance floor.

Sure I could go to a real costume store but they're going to be packed. It's going to be worse then Christmas - I hate Christmas!

Like you, every year I run into this same last minute panic situation where I'm losing sleep on the Thursday eve. And every year I make the empty promise that next year will be different. Maybe for next year, I should be posting for my personal costume shopper now before I forget. before it's too late.

We all have problems. This is mine.
