The other night we watched Willow and The Skulls. Of course I liked The Skulls much more than Willow (sorry Natalie :) ). Intrigued by the secrecy and mystery of the organization that the movie revolves around I spent quite a bit of time poking around google results for 'Skull and Bones' the name of Yale's the secret society reading more. One of the more interesting pieces is George W. Knight of Eulogia which appeared in The Atlantic Monthly.

Also I was thinking how it'd be nice if you had a master current event weblog that providing links to specific weblogs responding to those events.. This came up when I was watching some coverage of the Summit of the Americas and wondering what the protestors on the battle lines had to say about the situation. Of course you'd have to find some way to automate it.. [6:30pm]

So Sunday we went to Niagara (see Falls Cam and this FAQ (Lauren was wrong, the falls have stopped!)) on an impulsive road trip. However once we arrived it was already dark and despite intensive illumination you could see very little! So I guess I'll have to get down to the falls some time soon to see them in their entirety.

Yesterday was crazy. Woke up late and realized that there was a lot to do. Had to re-arrange my packing, get some emails off my computer (which was packed), and get a key to John's summer place and move his stuff there.

We then broke the law and sped all the way to Pearson Airport to catch my 4:30 flight which was overbooked. So I was bumped to an Air Canada flight which was also overbooked. Fortunately I lucked out and got the second last seat on that flight.
