Natalie can't believe that Robin and I know what a 'ditty bag' is. Of course Robin believes it's some sort of virutal memory space for storing math knowledge whereas I know that it's a bag used by sailors (like myself) to store stuff (like our marlin spike). ..I believe this is the first official time the weblog mentions Robin, Natalie's advanced math roommate, who believes that weblogs are silly. Of course he's in advanced math so that's no surprise. I don't get excited about multi-variable (not multi-variate) calculus either.

The Pirate Attack on Yahoo is a long but very interesting read on a bunch of rogue characters who tried to extort stock and money out of Yahoo/Broadcast. Scary how a bunch of crazy lawyers can manipulate the system. If you have twenty minutes it's worth reading.

Another story of extortion is what the Towle's tried to do to CD Baby.

I can't waste my time anymore. I must find a job either in Waterloo or Toronto immediately. Of course I'd rather not but I am broke.

Evhead took a look at the trailer for Josie and the Pussycats and found 12 consecutive shots taken from a mere two-second slice of the trailer. Yikes!

I corrected someone on Plastic who spelt Ottawa wrong in a heated discussion about Canada and the US and was then moderated down. Go figure.
