Jay points out in my comments, One Voice's Media Center Communicator which is being introduced at CES:
One Voice's Media Center Communicator is a complete multimedia communications package enabling customers to send E-mail, read E-mail, SMS text messaging to mobile phones, Instant Messaging, PC-to-PC audio and video calling, PC-to-Phone calling to any phone within the U.S. and Canada and a full featured voice command user interface.
