Wow.

Walking to the War Room you could tell the moment the networks declared Obama the winner.

At the War Room we watched the McCain concession and Obama acceptance speech. The place was packed beyond capacity, there was empty champagne bottles everywhere and everyone was ecstatic.

At Honeyhole we interrupted dinner twice to take to the streets to see what was going on.

After dinner we found the 10th and Pike intersection shut down with hundreds of people flooding the streets.

Minutes later a crowd from downtown moved up from 1st Ave to Capitol Hill and the crowd shutdown both Pike and Broadway and Pike and 10th and helicopters circled overhead.

Fireworks, horns, dancing, cameras, drinking, it’s pure craziness out there.
