Tonight I ditched hockey and accompanied Alton to the Tline (aka the Timberline). If you're queer friendly it's the place to be on a Sunday. Only $1 drafts. The fun thing about the Tline is that you go at 7 and you're home by 10 thus ensuring that you will in fact get up for work on Monday.

So this morning I set the alarm for a bright and early 10am and John, Ben, and I headed to the Egyptian to see ________ at the Secret Film Festival. I really enjoyed the film and look forward to next week's secret film.

From the film site:

We'd really love to tell you some of the films shown in the past, but then, of course, we'd have to kill you; all participants are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement, strictly enforced by our extra-secret thought police. Don't even tell your cat, or we'll hunt you down like a—hem—dog. Really.

I really thought this whole secret thing was a joke but we had to sign four different NDA type things.

After the film, we grabbed some breakfast at the Grill (not that their full breakfast menu ends at 1pm), and I then bought a Globe and Mail and sat in the park.

Rumor has it we might be getting a visitor in a few weekends. We love visitors!

Each visitor will get a tour of our Seattle. Most notably this will include a trip to Chapel, breakfast at the Grill, shopping at Zebra Club or Ian, random indie rock show with Ben, $2 weeknight drinks at the Rosebud, Manray with Alton...

I'm completely enamoured with my Bobsled in my bedroom.

I can't stop playing with it. Imagine a stereo with all your music with a 13" display.

So tonight. At around 10:30 we headed out to Six Arms and grabbed a quick bite to eat (but it wasn't so quick because they dropped John's burger on the floor or something) and then we went to Baltic Room. Baltic Room must mix it up because it was different than last week, none the less, it is the only straight dance-ish place on the Hill. And yes, I'm still enamoured with Seattle (I give myself six months before I'm not).
