This was my first weekend home during the month of May. For 'fun' (but really because my tenants were starting to riot) I installed a 'tub kit' (aka tub surrounds) so that we could use our bath as a shower. I was going to tile the area but the 3-5 week wait for a tile guy was way too long and $700 seemed a little steep, especially considering I picked up this tub surround for $72. <P> I didn't do a perfect job, a the plastic surrounds definitely are cheap looking but it's not like we're trying to get this house to win any awards. <P> And I really should add a house category so I can keep track of all my house/home improvement musings. <P> Oh, and re: Keg Fridge. We returned the keg and got a new one and the new one is not flat so it really was the keg and not our setup which was the result of flat beer.
