My compliant was that the co-lo wasn't staffed 24/7 so every now and then the server would go down, often on a weekend, and it would take a day or two to get it rebooted which drove me nuts. I also don't want to be responsible for updating the OS, etc. I should go managed hosting but that is pricey hence my quest for middle ground. @Natalie, ah! I guess we'll see. All we're doing currently is hosting a wordpress blog but if often feels slow or misses requests, especially the wp panel. It's about the cheapest I've seen for full fledge colocation; though their bandwidth charges are a little higher than elsewhere. They've been stable and quick for the last ~5 years.
