In new developments, the $1 million studio has become almost commonplace. One studio at the Plaza recently sold for $2,002,550, and several others there have sold for just under $2 million.

Hi, I'm Matt Goyer, a mid twenties Canadian living in Seattle working at Redfin. In a previous life I attended the University of Waterloo, and founded two companies, Fairtunes and Transpose, and used to work at Microsoft.
