Dear Wingdome

Hi Karen (owner of the Wingdome chain),

Every Monday my flatmate and I place the same order from the Capitol Hill Wing Dome, 15 #4 and 15 #3. We’ve been getting wings pretty much from the day this Wingdome opened.

Our biggest issue with the wings is that there is no consistency from one Monday to the next. Some Mondays the wings are big. Some Mondays the wings are small. Some Mondays when we ask for extra saucy they actually are, but often times they’re not. Some Mondays they mix up our order. We either get all #4 or all #3 (even though the boxes are correctly labeled). Some Monday’s we have to get two pops. Some Monday’s only one. Some Monday’s the wait really is ten minutes, some Monday’s it’s much longer.

What’d we’d love to see is consistency so that every Monday we could be assured of the same great wing quality and we don’t need to worry about whether this is going to be a good week or a bad one.

Thanks,
Matt

PS. You really need to get your websites updated and online.

sushi is expensive! wings are cheap. yeah, Ming should make us wings. if he had an offer comparable to the wingdome, we’d probably switch.

Wings on the west coast generally suck ass; wingdome is about the best place I’ve found and it is a pale comparison to even Waterloo.

Turn my deep frier into a business? Maybe it’s time to upgrade.
