Home in Winnipeg

I made it to Winnipeg alright, only two hours delayed. Overall the flight experience was much better than last year which was a disaster. While I don’t normally take advantage of inflight TVs the Canada - Russia World Junior Exhibition game was on TSN; it made the flight feel much shorter than it really was. I wish in my post-cable world there was some way to watch hidef hockey… Hmmm.

…Looks like the Forks [pdf] has lots of skating options. I brought my skates home so I’m excited to get out there considering it’s a balmy -1′c.
